Our Contractor Installation Certification Program was created with you and your customers in mind. We understand your commitment to providing quality service — and we want to
help you do just that. So we built this program to help prepare you and your company to install our products as properly and efficiently as possible. After successfully completing the program, you’ll be equipped with the required information, skills and competency to supervise onsite installation of Nucor products. And you’ll qualify for our industry-leading warranty program.

Who should attend?
This class is recommended for erectors and supervisors who oversee roof installations. The CICP Certified Installer designation goes to the individual on the job site during the roof installation.

The CICP is a requirement to qualify for our standard and premium, no-dollar-limit, weathertight warranties. Through the program, you’ll gain the following:

Professional evaluation of your work.
After each work session, professionals inspect the installations with the same demanding standards that will be used in the field inspection of onsite projects. So, you’ll experience this key step in the installation process with no risk involved, thoroughly preparing you for future projects.

Opportunities to learn from a highly experienced staff.
Throughout the program, you’ll be able to receive advice from workshop facilitators about specific project-related issues. Build your relationship with Nucor Buildings Group. During lunch sessions, there will be time to meet with customer support personnel, engineering, staff and the product development team. This provides the opportunity to build valuable relationships and share feedback.
